The woman in this picture was trying not to be seen by adopting coloured and patterned clothing that matched to some extent her surroundings. However, with a little thought she could have stood a little further up the street where her waistline would have been at the same height as the lower section of darker brickwork making the illusion that bit better. It's little things like this that can make the difference between making a phonecall in privacy – as she wanted – and being plucked from the pavement by a passing eagle – which is what subsequently happened.
