I applaud the metro police department. They simplify the process and make it easy to understand for the general public. Doctors and nurses and drug companies are crazy. They always make everything so complicated. You got a red spot on your face. They make you think you have liver problems. You have coughed for a week. They sound like you have a tumor in your brain and require a plastic surgery. Most of the time, I just don’t understand what they are talking about and I wonder if they are speaking English. I solute the metro police!!!

I understand your concern Tiggy. In the high-pressure world of police pathology, though, it’s often quite acceptable to omit the examination and right-hand side of the flowchart entirely.
