Week nineteen of my Photo Every Day project is the week in which we had the funeral and cremation of my mum. Some of the pictures are a little dark, therefore, partly because the subject matter warrants it and partly because there’s been a fair bit of alcohol downed this week and a lot of last-minute “ah, crap, I’ve forgotten to take a picture, oh, bugger it, that’ll do!” moments. It’s the hallmark of a great photographer. In my mind.
