Week sixteen of the Photo Every Day project is the week which ended with my mum dying from cancer in the Rowans Hospice. My dad, my brother, and I watched her last, painful breaths and it was – as I’m sure you can imagine – an utterly devastating thing to witness. We take solace in the fact that the agony she suffered in the last few months finally came to an end and thank everyone who sent messages of comfort and condolences.
